This has been shipped! Under the 3-dot menu in the header, "Version History" is available as an option. Currently, we have 7-day history and take snapshots every 24 hours if there has been a change during the last 24 hour period.

I'd be happy with just a "revert" function (for all edits, not just my own) like a global undo that steps back the state. I don't personally need to see the history listed (that might be challenging to represent)
